Ocean Catch takes delivery of new 40ft chilled lorries

In a move to ensure the continued improvement to customer delivery and satisfaction, Seatek (UK) has recently taken delivery of a new fleet of state of the art, temperature controlled distribution vehicles.

The new vehicles bring a host of benefits to the customer including increased delivery volume, allowing nearly double the capacity over previous fleet models, an improved chiller technology, ensuring temperatures can be more accuratley calibrated and controlled and a quicker, more efficient roll on roll off system for loading and unloading into coldstores.

Other benefits to the wider community include a reduced carbon footprint with a 30% drop in CO2 emissions, and combined with the larger overall capacity and reduced use of fuels and road time.
