Five Star Fish Ltd. purchase A Kalkman Ltd.

Five Star Fish, a member of the British Seafood Group of Companies, and a leading manufacturer of fish and seafood products, have purchased the Lowestoft based fish processing company A Kalkman Ltd.

A Kalkman are a long established Lowestoft company, supplying mainly flatfish products to the Foodservice sector.

The deal, worth just under £2 million, will see operations brought up to Great Grimsby Business Park, with the 28 staff offered the opportunity to move up to Europe’s Food Town.
