Our team have had a 20 year career in fish and seafood with a passion for food and extensive product development experience. With a purpose built development kitchen at Billingsgate Fish Market we are able to develop products, train and educate both our internal and external customers, whilst offering exclusive access to the wealth of product expertise across the group.

In addition, with our central logistics, storage, technical and marketing service we can ensure we offer an unrivalled supply of bespoke fish and seafood from product conception to delivery, getting it right first time, every time.
